Abstrak

This research investigated Teaching Reading (Narrative Text) using Overview, Key Ideas, Read, Recall, Reflect and Review (OK4R) Method. This research used a Quasi-experiment research it was conducted based on the two main problems : How the OK4R method have any appreciable impact on students’ reading comprehension ?; How is the effectiveness differentces between students who receive instruction using the OK4R method and students who don’t use the OK4R method ?. The researcher collected the data from 30 students consisted as experimental class 15 students and control class 15 students. The instrument were pre-test and post- test
