Abstrak
This research explain about Exploring student’s perception on the process of learning speaking in English courses during pandemic covid-19 at MAN 1 Kota Serang. This research used qualitative research method. The researcher took 12 students at eleventh grade who joining English courses. In collecting the data, the researcher used observation, interview and documentation. The researcher used three major phases of the data analysis, they were; data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. From the data analysis, the researcher found the ability of students' speaking skill in average level based on the research rating in the interview and the researcher found there were some students have a positive perception of students who joining English course during pandemic are: the students feel improved their English speaking ability,more confidence to speak English than before join, and the process of learning speaking English is funny and comfortable.
