Abstrak
This research investigates the use of chor al reading strategy in reading lesson, specifically it is written in the v title of this research paper. This research is aimed for finding out reading comprehension of the second grade student‟s of SMPN 4 Pandeglang who use choral reading strategy; findin g out reading comprehension of the second rade student‟s of SMPN 4 Pandeglang who do not use choral reading strategy; and knowing whether the student‟s taught through choral reading strategy have better comprehension in reading than those who are taught th rough non choral reading strategy. Method used for this research is experimental with two classes, called experimental and control class using pre test and post test tec hnique. This reseach involves 76 student‟s as a sample among second class of SMPN 4 Pan deglang year 2018 as population. The result of this research shows that the student‟s reading comprehension who use choral reading strategy achieve better than those who do not use use choral reading strategy
