Abstrak

The Hermitian matrix is the n x n complex matrix which satisfy A* = A where A* adjoint of A and defined as A*=A-T. The characterizations will be used to define a function of Hermitian matrix. A real valued continous function f is called operator monotone on I if every Hermitian matrix. A and B which the examples of operator monotone which is also operator monotone function and operator monotone which isn't operator monotone function.
