Abstrak

Speaking is oral language and it has correlation with the sound, the important think of English as a tool of communication is how we can communicate with other people. when Student practice speaking they feel shy to practice it. Because they are seldom to practice in all day, so they feel afraid in doing mistake. In addition, students are less motivated in learning English, so it is difficult for them to follow lessons speaking in the class. They speak by english language when doing task in the small group or cooperative. To help that problem, there are so many teaching technique in cooperative or small group to help the teacher delivers the materials or to make the students easily get the concept of the material. The use of technique allows students to be involved in teaching and learning process. The technique that the writer use in the research is circle of interviewers technique, the interviewers technique use in cooperative or small group.
