Abstrak
The objective of the research is to measure the effectiveness of using digital storytelling on students writing skills at the Eleventh Grade of MAN 1 Cilegon. The method in this study was quasi-experimental research. The population is grade XI at MAN 1 Cilegon which consist of two classes. The sample consisted of two classes, namely class XI MIPA 2 as the experimental group and XI MIPA 3 as the control group. Each group consist of 30 students. This research was conducted through the following producers: giving a pre-test, treatment, and giving a post-test. The data obtained by performance test. The pre-test mean score of students' in experimental class was 60.33, while the post test mean score was 74.87. Meanwhile, the pre-test mean score in controlled class was 61.57, and the post-test mean score was 68.93. From the post-test score of both classes, the t-test results showed 0.034 which was < significant degree (0.05) meant that there was a differences between the students writing skill in the experimental class and the controlled class. It can be concluded that using peer correction technique was effective in enhancing students’ writing skills in Analytical Exposition Text.
