Abstrak

Tubagus Ofan Fathurrahman SRN :132301540 “The Effectiveness Of Using Youtube Video Tutorial In Teaching Speaking Skill (An Experimental Research at The Second Grade of MA Masarratul Muta’allimin Banten) (undergraduate research paper, department of English Education, Faculty of Education and teacher training, state Islamic University, “Sultan MaulanaHasanudin” Banten). Adviser : Moh. Nur Arifin, S.Ag., M.Pd. and Drs. H. Busthomi Ibrahim, M.Ag. ABSTRACT This research investigates “The Effectiveness Of Using Youtube Video Tutorial In Teaching Speaking Skill (An Experimental Research at The Second Grade of MA Masarratul Muta’allimin Banten). The research is conducted based on the main problems: (1) How is the students speaking skill through youtube video tutorial at the second grade MA Masaratul Muta’alimin Kota Serang?(2) How is the effectiveness of youtube video tutorial in teaching speaking skill at the second grade MA Masaratul Muta’alimin Kota Serang? this research oriented to the following aims: (2). To know the students speaking skill at the second grade of on the narrative text through youtube video tutorial at the second grade MA Masaratul Muta’alimin Kota Serang? (2) To know effectiveness of youtube video tutorial in teaching speaking skill at the second grade MA Masaratul Muta’alimin Kota Serang. The method of research experimental. the population is much as 44 students at The Second Grade of MA Masarratul Muta’allimin Banten. Serang that consist of two class A and B generally consisting of 22 students. The research choose two classess as a sample while class A is experiment class and B as a control class. Since the research uses A is experiment class and class B as the control class. Since the research class as experiment method, the data is gathered through pretest and post-test. The results of the research shows that the hypothesis, that the null hypothesis is rejected its shown from statistical value that significant 5%=2,00 and significant of 1%=2,66 and the result of t0=6,64. It means that there is effect of using riddle game in teaching speaking ability at the Second Grade of MA Masarratul Muta’allimin Banten.
