Abstrak

Media To Enhance Speaking Skill (CIPP Model at SMKN 1 Pandeglang Class XI Majoring in Hotel Acomondation and Accounting ). Teaching material using the vlog media makes it easy for students to process learning with new things so that the learning process runs effectively. This research includes the type of (is) development research that refers to the opinion of L Stufflebeam Daniel and Guili Zhang, namely the CIPP model. This research was conducted in four stages, firstly is Context to serve planning decisions. The second is Input, to structuring decisions, determining learning resources, what alternatives are taken, and plans and strategies for achieving needs. The third is Perocess, to serve to implement decisions. The last is Products to serve recycling decisions. Data collection techniques are carried out by using four instruments. The first is Observation To simplify the observation process and note what needs to be checked, namely Determining Needs, Planning a decision, Selecting teaching materials or handbooks, and Formulating the goal. The second is Documentation, to collect data that is relevant. The third is Questionnaire, researchers used a closed questionnaire to use a closed questionnaire to obtain data about the seriousness of students in teaching speaking using vlog media. The last is interview, to get data or information directly from the source, respondents in this interview is those who have a direct relationship with evaluating the implementation of learning English with the ability to speak using the media vlog or can be called a validator as subjects at this stage with two expert experts who are Tadris English lecturers at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten and English language teachers at SMK 1 Pandeglang. The conclusion of the results of this study is based on the process of validation and product success tests on students obtained 65.35% and 75.73%. Thus the product developed is valid and successful with a good category and is suitable for use in the learning process.
