Abstrak

Enong Helmi. 152301785. 2019. Improving Students’ Speaking Skill in English with Triple P (Presentation, Practice, Production) Model. (Classroom Action Research at 11 RPL Class of Vocational Senior High School 12 Pandeglang District) This research aimed to improve the students’ speaking skill in English lesson by using triple P (Presentation, Practice, Production) model. This research was conducted by using Classroom Action Research. The subject of this research was 11 RPL Class of Vocational Senior High School 12 Pandeglang District in academic year 2018/2019 which consisted of 30 students. the objective of this research was to improve students’ speaking skill in English Lesson by using triple P (Presentation, Practice, Production) model. This research was conducted in two cycle which each consists’ of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data were gathered through quantitative and qualitative data. The result of this research showed that there was increasing of students in speaking skill. The mean of free cycle was 51,6. The mean of cycle 1 was 78,4. The mean of cycle II was 81,6. It indicated that the scores and the mean in second cycle were better that the first cycle. The students who got point >75 also grow up. In the free cycle, the students who got point >75 up were 4 students. in the cycle 1 students who got point >75 up were 19 students. the cycle II, students who got point >75 up were 27 students. in other words, the students’ ability in speaking improved and became well in the first meeting to the next meeting.
