Abstrak

The objectives of this research are to find out the teacher‟s creativity in teaching English using YouTube and to find out the students‟ attention in English learning using YouTube. This study used qualitative research method. Data were collected by interview technique. Respondents in this study was an English teacher and 5 students. The result showed that the English teacher at Al-Manshur Darunnajah 3 Islamic Boarding School was quite in teaching English. Students' attention in learning increases, there are only obstacles with new vocabulary that they do not know yet, the media that the teacher uses in teaching English is YouTube videos that she made herself. Furthermore, it could be concluded that the YouTube media that teachers create and use is effective and interesting, so it can increase students' attention.
