Abstrak
This research investigates the effectiveness of smart card in developing student’s writing recount text. The research is conducted based on the main problems: 1. How is the students’ writing recount text? 2. How is the smart card applied in teaching writing recount text? 3. How is the effectiveness of using smart card in students’ writing recount text? The objective of the research: 1. To know the students’ ability in writing recount text. 2. To know smart card applied in teaching writing recount text 3. To know the effectiveness of using smart card in developing students’ writing recount text. To answer the questions, the writer collected data from 60 students, by divided them into two groups, one group as the experiment class as much as a : t o >t t. . Using Smart Card on Students’ in W riting Recount Text more effective than without smart card. The writer concludes that smart card can be applied by teacher to improve students’ writing recount text.
