Abstrak
The objective of this research is to find out the method used in the “Learn English with TV Series” YouTube Channel, to find out the way this channel teaches, and to find out the reason that the method used in this channel becoming so popular. A qualitative descriptive with content analysis methodology was used in this research. The research data are five videos that are in learn English with TV Series and Movies category, the transcript of two videos from Free PDF Power Lessons this channel offered, and feedback from YouTube comment section, Official Website, and Other Research. The result shows that the English learning method used in the “Learn English with TV Series” YouTube Channel is mix method from Audio Visual Method, Audio Lingual Method, and Task Based Language Teaching (TBLT). Same as the name of this channel, because this channel using TV Series, Movies, and Talk Shows as a media for teaching, it shows that this channel using Audio Visual Method. This channel using three steps for learning English from this channel, namely Watch, Study, and Live It. Moreover, this channel also gets a lot of positive feedback for their performance in teaching English using TV Series through the YouTube Channel they have built, and also opened paid courses on their official website which were enthusiastically welcomed by students. Furthermore, it could be concluded that the method used in this channel is interesting and becoming so popular
