Abstrak

This study aims to determine the classroom management by Fiqh teachers, determine student learning motivation in Fiqh subjects and determine the effect of classroom management by Fiqh teachers on student motivation in Fiqh subjects at MTs Al-Fitroh Tangerang. The method used in this research is descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The conclusion of this study based on the results of correlation analysis using product moment (rxy) obtained correlation values of 0.417. This shows that between classroom management by teachers with student learning motivation there is a moderate correlation, because because of the management of teachers who are then students' learning motivation will be moderate. Viewed in terms of statistics that the classroom management by teachers with student learning motivation of 17.3%. While the remaining 82.7% is influenced by other factors that can be further investigated.
