The focus is on Nawal El Saadawi's role in pushing for more inclusive family law change. It found that Egyptian family law is still tied to traditional values that discriminate against women in marriage, divorce, child custody, and inheritance. Nawal El Saadawi, through her strategies and activism, identifies and challenges gender inequality in family law. The women's movement, creating important momentum for legal change, was able to identify loopholes and address gender inequality in the family law system. His efforts have resulted in a paradigm shift towards a more inclusive interpretation of family law. Although the implementation of legal changes is still hampered, Nawal El Saadawi has had a positive impact in improving the protection of women's rights. This research confirms the important role of women like Nawal El Saadawi as agents of social change. Her struggle has contributed significantly to the fight for gender justice and influenced changes in family law in Egypt. Future challenges include changing people's mindsets and gaining support from all sectors for fair family law certainty. This research makes a new contribution to understanding gender issues in Egyptian family law and confirms the important role of women as agents of social change. However, the fight against gender inequality continues. It is expected to increase understanding of the role of women in social change and encourage efforts to achieve gender equality and sustainability in Egypt and around the world.
