Abstrak

This is development of the Monopoly game method doesn’t use the teacher educational media, especially for speaking experts until learning becomes monotonous. Usually in speaking learning, the focus only on students ’worksheets, and only the conversation available on students’ worksheets, as well as the problems you face in the Islamic Islamic State High School 1 Cilegon, the meaning is lack of speaking skill remains, as there is still little knowledge about vocabulary, and students find Difficulty in speaking learning or conversations about daily activity. The average student comes from a government middle school graduate are not well to speak Arabic. As for the questions in this research, are: 1) How did you develop the question-based Monopoly game in speaking skills teaching in the tenth grade of the Islamic State High School 1 Cilegon? 2) How effective was the development of the question-based Monopoly game in teaching speaking skills in the tenth grade of the Islamic State High School 1 Cilegon? and the purpouse this research are: 1- To know the development of the method based on the question-based Monopoly game in teaching speaking skill in the tenth grade of the Islamic State High School 1 Cilegon. 2- to know efectivity of method development based on the question-based Monopoly game in teaching speaking skill in the tenth grade of the Islamic State High School 1 Cilegon To achieve the aforementioned purpose, the researcher uses Borg and Gall development theory in ten steps and evaluates the research methodology using the research methodology, including analyzing needs and problems, data collection, production design, production certification, production improvement 1, production improvement, production experience 2 Production improvement 2, final products, but the researcher is using six steps in this research, because there are obstacles from time and space that the researcher cannot use ten steps. A result indicated by the research conducted by the researcher, ie the pre-test and the post-test, there are differences between the two showing the average number is 69.1%, while if in Table 4.4 the average number of 82.1% appears. It can be concluded that when a researcher uses the method of the game of Mannoubuli to learn the skill of speaking in Arabic specifically, the scores are much better than the pre-test or before using the means.
